It all started when founder Marco DeVito returned from a transformative trip through Naples, Italy in 2009. Captivated by the simplicity and depth of Neapolitan pizza — hand-stretched dough, San Marzano tomatoes, fresh mozzarella di bufala, and a blazing 900°F wood-fired oven — he knew he had to bring this experience to Minnesota.
In 2010, Marco opened the first Punch Pizza in Eden Prairie with a simple philosophy: use the finest ingredients, respect the craft, and never cut corners. That commitment earned us a loyal following and the recognition as one of Minnesota's premier pizza destinations.
